Soft & Sweet

We have a new challenge in The Shabby Tearoom, and Lenet is our host this week and asks we create card or project using the COLOURS IN THE PHOTO. Easy peasy!

I've used the 'Nice to meet you Ms. Butterfly' digi stamp from Little Darlings along with some pretty polka dot papers and a peg to pin some ribbon scraps and greeting. Some ruffled crepe paper along the bottom of the card adds softness and of course a flower arrangement finished with some soft seam binding.

We have two sponsors this week Little Darlings who are giving away 1 stamp set...

...and Creating is Fun Shop who are giving away a $10 gift certificate to use in their shop!

Let's have tea

We have a new challenge over at The Ribbon Reel and Debbie  is our host this fortnight and asks us to create a card / project inspired by the COLOURS in the photo plus LACE or RIBBON!

Here I've used this sweet teacup image from Robyns Fetish and papers from Pink Petticoat
I've layered some die cut doilies and popped the teacup on, along with a beautiful bunch of flowers and ribbons! The buttons have been threaded with raffia ribbon for a fun look.

Diamonds are a girl's best friend!

Hello and welcome readers! We have a new challenge in The Shabby Tearoom , and I am your host this week and ask you create a card / project inspired by the photo using COLOURS in the picture plus PEARLS and CRYSTALS.

I've used this 'Sweet Lace Heart' from Meljens and 'Antique paper' tag by Janet's Etsy store. The heart has been stitched and I've glittered scalloped edge for some bling then finished off with a metal embellishment that matches the inspiration pic perfectly!

A big flamboyant, glittered rose and mini tag sit on the top of the card while I've used layers of lovely lace along rthe bottom. Perfect textures and tones for wedding cards!

Shabby Beautiful

Hello and welcome to another new challenge in The Shabby Tearoom! Debbie is our fabby shabby host this week and asks we create card or project using PINK, AQUA, NEUTRALS, FLOWERS plus MAKE IT SHABBY!

This week I've used Wistful Musical Magic papers and a greeting from the Fine Finish digital stamp set  from our sponsor, My Time Made Easy  who are offering 1 template, papers & digi set for our Winner.

I wanted this card to be very soft and whimsical! I edged my kraft card blank with paint and layered up these fantastic MTME papers, then die cut two scalloped rectangles, one from the papers ans the other from vellum. This has been decorated with a Glitz bird rub on and the greeting.

Strawberries & Cream

It's time for another fabulous new challenge over at The Ribbon Reel and Keilly is our wonderful host this fortnight and asks us to create a card / project inspired by the COLOURS in the photo plus LACE or RIBBON!

I've used my favourite new papers from Cosmo Cricket 'Tea for Two' now available from The Ribbon Reel. A square of burlap has been layered with various Tea for Two papers and I've run some Red Sheer Box Pleat ribbon  under the punched border along with a couple of Pink Twill tabs. I've made a little house with Tea for Two sticker sheet and die cut details fromthe papers. The little greeting tab comes complete with a mini key! The final details include a pretty Pink Faux Silk Ribbon bow and some Prima Alencon 15mm lace  on the side dotted with pearls.

Sweet Summertime

Hello and happy Monday! I have a another new challenge to share with over in The Shabby Tearoom! Starr is our host this week and asks we create a card / project using the TEAL or AQUA, BROWN and PINK plus some BLING!

I've used papers from Pink Paislee's 'London Market' range (very apt this weekend!) and this sweet 'English Teacup' digi stamp from one of our sponsors this week Robyns Fetish, who are giving away 5 digi images as the prize for this week!

We also have a second sponsor this week, Little Things For Cute Creations Etsy shop who are offering a $15 gift certificate.

The cup has been lightly coloured in with Pro Markers and I've highlighted the rose design with Glossy Accents. Lace and pearl string adds softness while a felt rose and butterfly have been studded with bling!
