Hi guys! Hope this post finds you well. I have a new video tutorial (see below) for you today, featuring this very festive colour palette. I gravititate towards these frosty colours so much this time of year! I'm also entering the tag into this fortnight's Artist Trading Post "Stencils" challenge.
The metals and blue tones are softening with frosty white and tulle net. Doesn't it just make you think of a cold snowy day?
I've used paint, stenciling, 3D paste and India inks to create the background.
Lot of textures and glittery shimmer mix along with this chipboard snowman that I've had in my stash for a while, all ready and pre crackle painted ;) I adding some date stamping details to him for extra interest.
Enjoy the video!
I really love your gorgeous layered background. You have created wonderful texture with your stencils and mediums and yes, it does look icy cold! Love the way you've date stamped the snow man too!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining us at ATP Exchange for my challenge.
