Colour Me Pretty

Today we have another new challenge in The Shabby Tearoom, and Tammy is our wonderful host this week and asks you create a card / project inspired by the photo using WHITE/CREAM, PINK, BLUE, FLOWERS and a FABRIC ELEMENT.

I've used a selection of lovelies for this card, starting with these Botanical Butterflies and Botanical Medallions stamps from this weeks sponsor JustRite!

They are offering this fantastic prize below to this weeks lucky Winner:

The card base has been cut with Memory Box 'Debutante Frame' and covered with papers from Pink Paislee 'London Market' range.  A chipboard heart takes centre stage which I've painted and covered in chunky vintage glitter. This is topped with a beautiful Melissa Frances frame and stamped greeting and butterfly.

The fabric elements come from the Pom Pom trim and some net which I've die cut (Memory Box 'Chadwick' label) and added a heart, flowers and buttons!

Garden Party

Hello and welcome to a fun new challenge in The Shabby Tearoom, and Rebekah is our host this week and she asks us create a card / project using the COLOURS from the photo plus a DIMENSIONAL FLOWER!

This week's card I've used 'Romantic Day' papers from one of our sponsors Digital Paper by Janet  and 'Silhouette Butterly' digi stamp from sponsor number two, Bugaboo Stamps.
I altered the colour of the butterfly stamp in a paint programme and decorated with a die cut felt flower, metal embellishment and an old earring studded into the centre. A seam binding bow has been jazzed up with a plain white button covered in chunky glitter.

We have TWO sponsors this week, Bugaboo Stamps are giving away 7 digi images and Digital Paper by Janet  who are giving away 3 collages - 1st prize, 2 collages - 2nd prize and 1 collage - 3rd prize!

Beautifully Shaped

Today we have another new challenge in The Shabby Tearoom, and Lenet is your host this week and asks you create a card / project using a SHAPED CARD and COLOURS from the photo.

It's good to make a card in a different shape now and again! I've used this Love Birds digi stamp from our sponsor The Stamping Boutique, who are giving away 3 digi images as the prize for this week's winner.

I coloured the image with Pro Markers then glittered around the edge and adorned with some Melissa Frances tissue garland. The rest of the card is made up of various layers, punched and die cut. I've used seam binding and lace to soften the look.
