And here is my second card for the Prima Christmas card challenge. This time I've been inspired by Day 6 - Stacey Young (below)
I just love the reindeer, textures and colours.
For this card, I started by using an ink pad over my polka dot mask onto a kraft card blank then layering corrugated card and
Prima Fairy Belle paper. I've used a brick wall mask and
embossing paste on burlap to create the house base then adding
paper and resin shutters, which if you look closely have been highlighed
with "snow" (paint!). The roof is resist canvas decorated with chipboard
snowflake and crystal embellie. A chipboard reindeer stands upon snow created
by using strips of voile material, embossing paste and a smattering of glass
glitter along with crystal swirls and frosty flower arrangement.

12 Days of Christmas card challenge - Day 4
Hello readers! I'm back to share with two cards with you for the Prima 12 Days of Christmas card challenge. The idea is to make a card taking inspiration from one (or more!) of the twelve cards made by the DT.
My first card was inspired by Day 4 - Hege Lundquist (below) ggggggH
I just loved the fresh colours and flourishes. Here is my take on it!
I started off by using the sticky labels off the back of chipboard snowflakes as a mask and spread over some gesso paint. Next I stitched around the card and flicked some shimmer mist over the snowflakes.
This cute resin birdhouse is surrounded by an assortment of beautiful flowers, North Country chipboard and bling flourishes! I've finished off with lace and muslin along with bottom, highlighted with gesso paint.
And a close up of the details:
