Exclamation!

Hello friends! My Mixed Media Place post today features a mini card with a masculine feel. I do love create mini cards and canvases, it's a great opportunity to play and be creative with minimal "space".

I started  by covering a piece of chipboard with a thick layer of White Heavy Gesso. Once dry I added some card triangles for dimension then adding another layer of Gesso.

I've used the Alphabet stencil and Cobblestone stencils from Finnabair with Modeling Paste then adding hints of colour with Ecoline inks.

To embellish I used a pebble which I covered with Soft Matte Gel and wound cotton on and around the pebble then colouring with Ecoline inks.  Adding some denim circles was a great contrast with the cork elements along with  metal star brads highlighted with flashes of orange watercolour pencil  and zips.
